I’d been trying to find a specific Moscot frame in the color I wanted, and everywhere else either had it sold out or listed it in a way that felt questionable. Their site said it was in stock, so I decided to take a chance.

After I paid, I’ll admit I got a little suspicious and kept waiting for some backorder email or a message saying it wasn’t actually available. But that never happened, and the order processed smoothly. Shipping was quicker than I expected too.

In the end, they really did have the pair I wanted, and it showed up without any drama. Simple experience overall, and I was relieved it didn’t turn into one of those “in stock” situations that isn’t really in stock.

I really liked the look of it at first, and it fit the style I wanted. But the frame cracked way too quickly, and of course it happened right when I actually needed it to hold up. Frustrating timing and not what I expected.

I’ll give them credit, the glasses do look good and felt nice at first. But after just a few months, the frames started getting loose, which was a little disappointing for something that’s supposed to be well-made. The warranty process also dragged on longer than I expected, and repairs still weren’t exactly cheap even though I had proof of purchase. So yeah, nice glasses, just wish the support was as polished as the frames.

I got the tracking quickly, which made me feel good, then I got a little annoyed because it just sat there for a day before moving. But once it got going, everything was fine and the glasses showed up in great shape. So yeah, not absolutely perfect, but still a solid experience. I’d order from them again.

The glasses themselves are fine, but the store locations just don’t really work for me. I had to go, i had to drive far out of my way just to get to one, and it made the whole process more frustrating than I expected. I really wish they had more locations or at least easier pickup options.
